Pros
Everything, my training was done with the front office manager and she trained me the whole 2 weeks! Everyday I work with her I feel like she's setting an example for me. Management is very good. Work hours are good, My work week is guaranteed 50 hours a week. Benefits are awesome. I only pay for medical, dental and vision is free. Highgate has taken over management of a lot of hotels here so there's a lot of opportunity for advancement. A lot of multitasking and excellent communication with management and the team. I feel proud that I work for Highgate.
Cons
Some of my co workers character defects, I should say something but at the same time, I realize that I'm not perfect either. And tells me what I shouldn't be. So far not much of an issue.
