We’re glad to hear that your early experience with HigherVisibility felt positive and that you felt recognized for your contributions. Creating an environment where employees feel appreciated and supported has always been a priority for us.
We are, however, sorry to hear that your experience shifted over time. Feedback regarding management support, HR communication, and employee experience is taken seriously, and we continuously work to improve in these areas. Like many organizations, we have gone through periods of change, and we recognize that those moments can impact individuals differently.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding transparency in one-on-one meetings and communication practices. These are important areas of focus, and we continue to evaluate how to improve consistency, clarity, and trust across the organization.
