This growth has led to exciting opportunities for new roles and career advancement as the organization continues to evolve. Within the Salesforce practice, the org structure is flat, and leadership is both accessible and responsive. Communication from leadership has been clear and transparent—especially around important topics like shifts in the federal contracting landscape, contract performance, and potential staffing impacts. That level of openness is both rare and appreciated. HE invests heavily in its people, offering a wide range of training and certification support to ensure employees stay ahead of the curve and contribute thought leadership to future proposals and customer solutions. As a fully remote company, HE has built an impressive mission-first culture. They regularly host virtual events that focus on connection, learning, and having fun, helping to maintain a strong sense of community even at a distance. Overall, HE has been a great place to work and a fulfilling opportunity in my career journey.

Cons

Though the benefits rival those of larger companies, HE can continue to poll the employee population for new areas to support like maternity/paternity leave.

The company is dispersed in more than 33 states Upward mobility often limited to the needs of a federal contract however, the company still looks for opportunities to promote from within
