Teachers are all replaceable - English Teacher Higher Learning Group Employee Review

Having to set 5 hours aside and be in total standby the whole time is frustrating especially if they don’t give you sudden classes. No increase given and the message I get from them is that no matter how long you work for them, teachers are replaceable. Horrible message to be given especially when sacrificing so much for the company
