Pros

Game nights with higher ups

Cons

A lot of folks are on a high horse. Extremely pushy sales tactics are used. When I was working here I lost more money than I made. If you do not have sales experience, DO NOT WORK HERE unless you're ready to sell your heart out. Yes, this company is currently selling AT&T at sam's club. It is not fun to be standing around and get rejected all day for only 60$/sale. This company actually made me go manic because of the mental somersaults I was doing to justify everything that was going on.

Pros

There is an opportunity to make money Work with schedule

Cons

10 hours of meetings a week plus 36 in the field- stand for it all. Why? Why make employees stand for a meeting when we are getting ready to go stand for 8 and sell your product? No holiday pay, no sick leave, no pto, no benefits, no break rooms, no place for personal belongings, thrown to the wolves after a few days training and left to figure it out for yourself through experience (the meetings are good support for that) high turnover, zero product training- only sales training, they treat you like a customer- trying to sell you a job and shifts, no compassion for employees as people, very generic advice for success, can never get ahold of anyone when with a customer and need immediate help, don’t get paid for selling the basic plans- only on up sells, undervalue their employees, pay structure-things have to fall perfectly in place to actually make the full amount (even if it’s the company’s fault for back orders or system errors), you are another number, use cell phone daily for job with no compensation or credit or allowance or discount(they sell cell phones and cell service, treat employees like children, it is only good for college age kids, all males
