Pros
I cannot say enough about my time with High Rise. From top to bottom the vast majority of employees are wonderful to be around. The culture of the company is welcoming in most cases and after a while grows into a second family.
Cons
It is a construction company, so you're going to be working long hours at times, but the people you work for and with make it bearable.
