Cons
-The pay system is a joke. Are they paying you what you deserve? Who knows because the pay stubs are overly complicated to understand. -The managers do no care about they're employees. They belittle, harass, and threaten technicians. Need time off? Did your wife just have a baby? They don't care and will threaten to fire you. They're not leaders they are dictators who like to bark orders from their desk. -Long hours. Out the door at 7 am. You'll be lucky if your home by 7pm. I know technicians who have been out until 11pm. They drop jobs on you last minute. -Very rarely will you get a l route. Expect to be driving 1-2 hours away from your home each day. Sometimes farther if they "need help" in an area that your office doesn't cover. -Benifits do not cover spouses.
