      The clinical staff I worked with were responsive and collaborative with mutual clients.

      Cons

      The middle management failed to respond proactively to the development of new programs. I did not feel heard by middle and upper management. They failed to provide objective measures to evaluate performance.

      This company provides access to care in many rural locations. It makes a significant impact on communities. They serve their clients. Great benefits, retirement, health insurance, dental and vision. Generous PTO and paid holidays. Virtual work available.

      The shortage in the behavioral health industry does make it hard to take time off.
