This is inside work. There are lots of carpentry and concrete skills and knowledge to obtain. If you're respectful and hard working, there are often leadership roles to grow into. If you are short on a college degree or technical certification, this is a great opportunity to make good money.
Cons
In this business, the entire team must stay at work until the "day's" tasks are complete. The following day's schedule depends on how "today" went. It is tough to gauge what time you will be finished for the day and difficult to schedule daytime appointments unless you work night shift.
