Pros
Pay is average and actually paid on time, Christmas bonus. Good for about 2 years, to keep you interested. Fleet scheme and facilities were ok. On board IT department to help with any IT issues. Learnt many things and freedom of exposure to technology is great. Friendly people in certain departments.
Cons
Be expected to do the unexpected and duties outside of your contract for no extra cost or consideration. No career progression. Yearly review. Being treated fairly General "backwards" ethics. No ability to take on change and adopt
