A lot needs to change - Anonymous employee Hidden Employee Review

Very low salaries and no real benefits. Over promising to clients and over worked employees. Poor recruiters being hired as they cannot attract quality talent. High turnover of staff. Very long process with the app. In this market, spending hours building profiles is not a good use of our time. One of the biggest frustrations for us all. Hidden talk about being D&I specialists but offer no training for employees. Expected to run workshops that a lot of employees are not educated in. Hire real D&I specialists who run these workshops.
