Pros
It could be a very good job, even in this environment. There are lots of products to sell. Salary, plus commission, and expense allowance. It's better than nothing.
Cons
Upper management is from the old school and has not made the transition to the new world. Micro managing is the biggest problem. Once you jump though the hoop another one goes up ( it is a sales job). 90% of the sales force (USA) misses their goals because we don't work hard enough. But management gets their bonuses. We are not on the same page. You cannot talk to management.
