Pros

Young and passionate talents in the company who believe company's vision - make cool, bring tea culture to international

Cons

- The CEO Neo changes strategy every 6 months and without any involving with his leadership team; does not really trust his team. - The average tenure of an employee is 1.3 year. People in and out, it is hard to build sustainable and scaleable practices. - Leadership meeting is always scheduled in the evening and runs to early in the morning. No work/life balance. CEO tends to use the length of staying in the office to evaluate how devoted you are with the company. Ironically, people play the rule by taking much longer time for lunch or dinner and returns back to the office at 9 PM, pretending to be busy.

Collaborative team culture with knowledgeable colleagues, making problem-solving and project execution enjoyable.
