Pros
Salary gets credited on time. That’s probably the only consistent thing. A few good colleagues who try to help each other survive the chaos.
Cons
Management treats employees as a number, not as people. Decisions feel rushed, inconsistent, and disconnected from reality. Return-to-office expectations are poorly implemented. There is no clarity or empathy — employees are pressured to relocate suddenly without considering personal situations or financial burden. Communication is top-down, not collaborative. Managers and HR often push policies without logic or flexibility, even for employees in their notice period. Leadership seems more focused on internal compliance metrics than employee wellbeing. Policies are cited only when convenient. Actual employee needs, especially during notice period, are ignored. Lack of long-term planning — many processes feel reactive rather than structured. Very limited role-based growth. You can get stuck in L1/L2 support roles with minimal career progression.
