      1. Able to work remote. 2. Management is easy to work with. 3. Great diversity and values

      1. Extraordinary low pay compared to other tech companies. 2. Health benefits could be better. 3. Time off accrual could be better or just set to unlimited. 4. There's no clear path on how to move up. 5. Older employees get bonuses, but newer ones do not.
