Pros
Hexagon has some really great product offerings. There is potential for this company to corner the market in the manufacturing space.
Cons
Big business, they don't seem to care about their people or their customers. The number one driving factor for everything Hexagon does is revenue. Now I'm not saying a business shouldn't be about making money but it shouldn't be a higher priority than taking care of its customers or even more importantly its employees!
