The company operates in a promising industry with interesting projects and an initially energetic team. There is genuine potential for growth if properly guided. Some colleagues were talented and passionate, and there was occasional room for creativity and initiative.

Unfortunately, poor management severely limits progress. Leadership lacked clear vision and failed to communicate priorities or expectations. Decisions were often reactive and disorganized, with minimal accountability. Upper management provided inconsistent direction, and micromanagement by underqualified supervisors led to frustration. Talented employees frequently felt unsupported, resulting in high turnover. Without a meaningful change in leadership and structure, the company’s long-term success remains uncertain.

Colleagues are quite nice and supportive. Good relationship among peers.

As an engineer, the working environment here is horrible. Your health and safety are not guaranteed at all. Line managers are completely non-technical and clueless about tech.
