The hotel is great and the job was well organized by managers who were coordinating each other among daily meetings. My colleagues were not jealous of their knowledge and they taught me a lot. We were always able to end our shift on time, despite the big amount of check-ins during the handover time.

Some days the job was overwhelming because the staff was not enough.
