Awful company to work for - Customer Service Representative Hero Services Employee Review

1. Don't work for this company. They say they treat you like family....they really mean like the kind of family that stabs you in the back. 2. Unless you are a male, I wouldn't even consider working for them. Women will always be considered less valued then the men that work here. If any male complains about one of the women, the company immediately believes the man. There is no discussion or trying to get the two people to work it out. 3. They will fire you on the spot, middle of the day for even just asking questions or offering solutions to improve things. 4. While I was working with the company, management decided that they didn't want to pay one woman's higher salary. They cut her wages unexpectly and she left the company. 5. Very religious owners. They make you pray at the beginning of each day. If they find out you don't believe as they do, you are on the outside.
