Zero zero zero work life balance , you work a job that fits 5-6 employees If you’re good and exceeding expectations and especially of the opposite gender of your manager , he/she will start rumors of unethical behavior to immediately let you go to keep their job safe especially if you are highly skilled, other than them respecting those skills
