There was a great culture with the young lively people and there was always cooking or food Available for employees. More cons then pros sadly

Management is lost with a clear sense of leadership ever since Herman Construction merged with BBCH/SES/CCI etc. Too many heads at the tip of the spear and the work load balance is ridiculous as most departments are expected to work more than 40+ hours a week CONSISTENTLY otherwise you’re not a good worker. The IT manager cares more about being a chef than his actual job of IT as it takes days for stuff to get done if needed. Also there is this environment of fake ness where management act like they care for you but in reality just want you work 60 hour weeks. You can put in tons of hard work and if you make ONE… just one mistake they will crucify you for it and then their mentality afterward is just detrimental to one.
