The office shift to slightly longer Monday-Thursdays so that the office can knock off at 1:30pm on a friday has been a majorly positive outcome personally and throughout the office. It is a rewarding feeling and quite refreshing to have the extended weekend time each and every week.

It is fast paced, so if you are of a more timid character I could see where you might struggle. However, if you are prepared to speak up and seek guidance and demonstrate an ability to learn and apply to future tasks, you can learn to get up to speed with this team
