The company leaders are more focused on firing employees. However, it will look very smooth, friendly, all smiles and happy pictures on LinkedIn, but all this is on the surface.

Pros

For years, Henson Group was really known as a CSP. They did a decent job with professional services but the customer experience wasn't always the greatest. However, with the recent merger with MyCloudDoor out of Spain, Henson Group offers a wide array of Microsoft based solutions with a highly touted (Award Winning) delivery team!

Cons

Not too many cons to speak of. Everyone within the new org appear to be hungry and energized for success!
