Pros

This is a good workplace to gain post college marketing and event experience. The vast majority of the people I worked with were pleasant and behaved professionally.

Cons

The level of employee retention is atrocious- check out how often they're hiring for a range of key positions. Henry V does little to incentivize productivity and does even less to create a truly creative company culture where the views of both experienced and lower level hires are ever implemented. Ultimately, they retread the same worn tires with the same clients, churning out uninspired programs with severely dated internal methodologies.

Pros

A foot in the door with marketing. You can come in later in the morning. Traveling for work can be fun.

Cons

Low wages, over worked, little opportunity for advancement. Traveling is a must, even if it's last minute and it can be frustrating. I know someone that was getting paid a certain rate and then was paid at a lower rate when they returned from a tour. Nobody from HR told this person the hourly rate was going to change and that person was shocked when they received their paycheck. It's an agency so everyone is disposable. They prefer millennials because they actually don't want them to work there for long anyway. It's an agency and that is expected. Burn out rate is about 2 years. The biggest issue is the pay is low. You're looking at $12-$14/hour out of college. That's peanuts! How can you pay for your student loans each month and rent!? Last, You must be attractive in order to be hired.
