Pros
Senior Reps have no micro management. Your day was yours to sell unless you needed assistance.
Cons
Many changes in sales plans and commissions. It became frustrating to never reach your personal income goals even though your sales increased every year. I’d still be there but after many years as sales rep took a management role that was eliminated due to company restructure 18 months later. I’d still be in a great territory but taking that role was a very bad choice on my part. Could not get another role with them after 20 years of global service.
