Poor - Recruitment Consultant Henry Nicholas Associates Employee Review

I wouldn't recommend working here as a recruiter. I joined with high hopes but had concerns that the business had grown from only 1 to 8 people in 11 years and on joining this was embedded further when being informed that the top biller in the business was at only £150k and I was told 'we recruit anything I've even recruited for cleaners before". The business lacks structure, organisation and there is little to no training and development for staff. The team are lovley but management and everything else is abismal.
