Can learn on mechanical drawings including CAD and SOLIDWORKS. Seniors are friendly and willing to teach. Some exposure in project management.

Pay is average. Manufacturing technology is not up-to-date.

My colleagues and teammates are great. Always willing to help, very friendly, not overly competitive. The environment is relatively low-pressure, which helps in learning foundational skills without burnout. Good exposure to CAD, technical drawings, sometimes project‐based tasks, so you learn things gradually.

The salary is quite low for fresh grads; raises and bonuses are very low. Career progression is very slow. You might stay at the same level for a long time with little opportunity for promotion. Production or responsibility tends to be limited. You won’t be pushed hard, which is safe, but it might feel stagnant. For those wanting rapid growth, high performance, or demanding targets, this might feel underwhelming.
