Pros
Hr has your back in cases of pregnancy and they also handle pay and health benefits greatly as well as the typical issues that arise out of a factory splendidly. For the most part its a great environment to work in. The people are relaxed and they usually stay for the long run.
Cons
There is some issues with getting a good supervisor in any area or if by chance you get a good supervisor you get untrained or new line leads that can stop up the flow of work. Sometimes they forget the people who actually run the line will know more than they do. Too prideful and the new plant manager is a little too uptight.
