As far as our culture and philosophy we understand that we are not a fit for everyone, but we are proud of our 106-year history as an industry leader with innovation leading the way. Our employees are the main reason behind our success which is why we offer most salary roles the availability of an Alternative Work Schedule during the summer and the ability to purchase additional vacation days. At the Woodridge facility we also have many employee events like Office Olympics, Brain Games, Leadership Week, Hendrickson Escape Room, [H] Ted Talks, & [H] Book Club to keep work enjoyable and keep our employees growing their career. We feel this has been successful as we have had most of our leadership roles filled internally over the last 3 years with an overall turnover rate under our industry average.
