1) Very dishonest people (management), they would make you promises in the first place and change their words later.
2) No work-life balance (They don't even like to talk about flexible work schedule).
3) The upper management at Hendrickson is being run by bullies and they talk to people crazy (screaming at people is a norm here), it is a very toxic work environment.
4) If you want to work here be prepared to get pushed to your limits frequently.
5) No respect for employees from the management side and Senior Engineers.
6) A lot of Micromanagement.
6) Zero career opportunities.
7) Below average compensations & benefits. No bonus and only 10 paid vacation days upon hire regardless of your previous years of experience or higher PTO with your previous company.
8) Very old school culture and work environment.
9) They don't value higher education or more scientific approaches for solving complex problems and bright ideas (from younger engineers). Simply, the management doesn't like any change and you would hear this from them frequently "We have been doing it this way for a long time and it works".
9) Don't expect to learn new and cutting-edge technology/engineering knowledge in this company as they are working on a +120 years old technology (Passive suspension systems).
