Your career growth is what spurs Hendrickson to get better so continue look for those great stretch assignments! As far as work life balance I would ask that you get with HR at your location. For positions that allow it we try and help with vacation purchase program, Summer Alternative Work Schedules, and being flexible when employees get sick.
