Pros
Great benefits, great HR department, great learning environment. Definitely a place for people wanting to see if they like the medical field and for people who are already professionals to get experience and eventually move on.
Cons
Pay is not that great. Some departments will give more responsibility then you're qualified for. Management in certain departments can be hard to deal with, hard for them to see your point of view and can be hypocritical in decision making.
