Big inventory, training provided, potential for decent salary.
Cons
All dealerships going to treating sales force like children. I worked for a year in car industry and had 5 GM's, impossible to meet numbers and keep profit for company. I had customers ready to buy at a certain price and management said no, then 2 weeks later want me to call them back 3 times a day to tell them we will take the deal...but it was to late. Long hours, had 4 days off a month which they hid at interview time. They change work hours and commissions all the time.
