Very disorganized after they did the restructuring and sectorship of all offices nationwide. They have no clear directions, no support from leadership and it’s a SWEATSHOP!! They want you to put just 8 hours on your timesheet to bill the project but the amount of work you need to exert to make your accomplishments at par is like working at least 12 hours. Not to mention you will be stuck with their QEV/QC. They’re trying to micromanage you but then they don’t give you clear directions to approach the design . It’s a mess!! They’re struggling to get projects as the clients are very disappointed on tons of COs after going through construction!!
