Always blame the staff for even a tiny thingy without any solution for even a tiny problem 7. Again, micromanagers always put an eye whatever you do, wherever you go, even after you arrive at home 8. Absurd "BOSS" telling us to stay at the office from 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM while this toxic micromanager is always late and rarely at the office 9. Lack of work-life balance
