      Good and supportive colleagues in the department

      Cons

      The politics and favouritism are so obvious to the point it's obnoxious and disgusting. Salary is based on loyalty and favourite staff, not based on performance. Favourite staff will be given minimal workload with high salary where as performing staff will be loaded with more and more work but being paid peanuts. B40 salary with T20 workload.

      Pros

      Good to kick start your career as fresh graduate. Have flexibility on time. Office hour some department there is no thumbprint. Salary always on time.

      Cons

      It's a contract based. So you might not get permanent position even after 2 year of service

      Flexible working hours but also depending on department, overall company is proper. full time get more benefits but not so much for part time and temp staff.

      Cons

      HR is so-so. contract was given late, some decisions are also delayed. some department procedures can be simplified
