Pros
It's an exciting early stage startup where there's always too much to do and not enough time, but has bucketloads of opportunities to grow, learn and take ownership. The overall direction for the business is becoming more clarified that means it's becoming easier and easier to work independently and make progress effectively. In such a small team it's easy to make a big impact on the business, the culture and help grow the company together.
Cons
The high pressure and fast pace can mean it's difficult to meet the high expectations. It's a small team with big disruption when things don't go as planned, so we're expected to take responsibility and do what's necessary to get the job done - it can mean long hours sometimes, but there's huge satisfaction when problems are solved.
