      I have loved working for them, lesson provided, smooth operating system and constant coms.

      Cons

      Payment times have become irregular and lessons are missing now. I don't get new students very often so decline in activity is frustrating

      New students are given You gain a lot of experience

      Cons

      One critical feedback and they wait to throw you out of the organization They say they are closed, hold back your time and salary, and they release openings for new employees. All at the same time. Really????

      Very easy onboarding process especially if you are well informed about ESL in general

      You have to know all of their lessons by heart before moving on to the next level
