Pros
There are truly some amazing human beings that work for this company, or that did. There is always something to do, they do a lot of cross job training. I learned so much about so many different departments while at this company. Chances for advancement if you put in the work and you show you want it. Lots of hours and chances for overtime. Good pay rates. Retail has the most amazing leaders, if you are going to apply I recommend the retail department.
Cons
Most of the management treats people as objects, they do not even know everyone on their teams' names. Temp workers are dispensable to them. They have this strange hierarchy there and if you're not in that circle you are at risk of getting fired out the blue if you're not on your best game and the right person wants you gone, there is no chance for you. Nothing is done the right way and no one is willing to help change it.
