24/7 opening hours, at the interview i was informed that there are going to be 3 shifts but that never happened each day another hour. The company got from start up to a big one pretty quickly so whoever was the oldest then got promoted to seats that are crucial such as supervisor to a team with 0 experience. As a result 2 people destroy all the good mood and one hole department just because they were lucky enough to be in the company longer than others. No one does anything or hear us so many if not all of us are not happy

Great culture, salaries better than most, many teams in house so effective internal communication and less back and forth, great ideas and innovations in the field. Good training for people who have never dealt with this field before. Opportunities inside the company for advancement and usually it gets recognized.

Some favoritism going around and very few people less than adequate for the job.
