Not a very big company and not a lot of moving up

During my time at Helitech I was treated with respect and dignity. When the time came for me to move on from the customer service position I was given the opportunity to be a project specialist. Being a sales position this was something I had never attempted before, and would not have had it not been for the support I received from management. They pushed me to be a better version of myself and I am grateful for that. I can say I have not worked for another company that actually cared for their employees as much as Helitech does. Over the course of the past few years the focus on training has not only been practical, but also mindset oriented. The decision to leave was not an easy one, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside some amazing people.

I can think of no significant issues with working here no place or no one is perfect. What you put into something is a large part of what you get out of it.
