Pros
Chocolates (and fruit) in the kitchen, but only if you arrive early, otherwise all gone in no time. Company's pension contribution (the basic is 9%) Some colleagues are nice and very "Africa oriented" staff, and more in general quite multicultural, which is positive (but you are in London so you should expect that).
Cons
4 days in the office since September 2025 (no flexibility and no minimum interest for staff wellbeing), Low pays compared to job market for many basic (and less basic) jobs. Workload ALWAYS over the top and understaffed .. but YOU are under-performing (they are growing fast but they want to squeeze you as much as possible ... in the contract you will find a clause saying that you agree to work more than 48 hours, and ... "without compensation"). No real development/progress opportunities and no clear path for that, just underpaid exploitation. Turnover very high; at least 40% employees changed in London office since I was hired. Top management doesn't listen and wants just to impose itself. Very "politicized" environment and plenty of favouritism (also if they want to give the impression that they reward "excellence and hard work"). They want to give an appearance of caring for the staff, but once you step into the office after a short time you can feel the pressure and see the dissatisfaction directly in people' eyes. No smiles at all. Very depressing environment. On top of that expect to do also the "puppet" every Tuesday on a regular basis for the weekly "Stand up" .. all for the top management entertainment (that obviously won't be there ... but wants you to "participate" (so expect to spend further time resources and efforts (which you don't have) on that).
