      Working at Helion has been a great experience. The culture revolves around a close-knit team that aspires to win and help counterparts do the same thing. Everyone is supportive and newcomers are always welcomed with smiles. It is a competitive, fast-pace environment that revolves around consistency and maintaining relationships.

      Cons

      You get out what you put in, If you just go through the motions and don't exceed any expectations you will not succeed.

      - The greatest company culture you can ever imagine, everyone wants you to win - Opportunity for growth and development is unmatched -The leadership/mentorship could not be better. From HR to regional managers, everyone is on your team and wants you to GROW and LEARN - Feedback is a fundamental part of your growth, if you can accept feedback and learn from it- this is the company you want to work for - The peers in this organization are here to help you from your first day to 12 months in your journey. The people make this company, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work alongside. - The owners truly care. They want what is best for you as an individual and as a company whole. They are here and will fight for you in your corner.

      Not a terrible place. You can make okay money. Good for a first job but not that great long term

      Cons

      Company is all over the place. They don’t have systems in place to ensure success. Your either have to sink or swim.
