We are constantly outgrowing our old ways of doing things. Documentation and internal processes can sometimes lag behind our actual growth, meaning team members often have to help build the tracks while driving the train.
In my experience, there is an expectation that everyone work hards. If you just want to coast, this is not the place for you. However, I find that we are also provided with flexibility to maintain work life balance.
