Pros
HD invests in their people's development. The principals and high level leaders always make time to teach and help. They value family and are extremely flexible with our personal schedules. 4% 401K match, with no vesting period. Lots of work and job security.
Cons
There aren't any obvious cons, but I guess I would say that they could have better health insurance. They pay 75% of the employee, but none towards any family members. Pretty much the industry standard these days, but it essentially forces all of our spouses to have full-time jobs with benefits too.
