Upper management does not have the employees at mind. Horrible health insurance crappy benefits all around. Management doesn't listen to ideas or complaints of the employees. No incentives at all for hard work or long hours. They just don't appreciate the employees. Was personally told I was just a numberon a spreadsheet. That they can replace us anytime.
