Cons
You will probably be looking for a new job or getting reduced pay every 4 years (contract renegotiating time). Heitech will not take any personal complaints or concerns seriously unless they come from someone higher up than you. You are better off keeping issues to yourself because some people appeared to be blacklisted after voicing complaints. If you are attractive and a male you will probably be moving up faster than anyone else. The company seems to have given a lot of power to a few immature females. Management will tease with promotion opportunities coming up and rewards for going "above and beyond" but will very rarely deliver any more than a $100 bonus per year.
