Cons: Leadership style felt ego-driven and dismissive of others’ input. Certain managers were involved in practices that I found misleading and unprofessional. Details: I worked with the company for almost 2 weeks but was not paid in full. Despite having a clear written agreement, payment was handled inconsistently and seemed to depend more on internal decisions than on contractual terms. This created a very untrustworthy experience for me as a contractor.
