      It is truly a family oriented company. We have employees with 20 to 40 years of tenure. Most employees once they join the Heavy Machines family do not leave unless they are retiring.

      Cons

      Career advance meant is limited due to the long tenure of our employees and the highly skilled needs as a technician.

      The benefit of working with a close-knit group of folks selling and supporting quality products and services that's mostly void of all the big corp pitfalls and shortcomings.

      Not much as I wasn’t there long enough

      This company hired me in August 2025 and then did away with the position after two months as well as letting a mechanic go as well.
