Salary and benefits are comfortably above average. HR department is among the most responsive and involved that I have known. The company has amazing potential based on its talent pool.
Cons
The company needs to decide what it wants to do. Senior management says one thing and expects another. Contradiction is common and frustrates the employees who work there. I had one SBU (strategic business unit) lead make a promise one month and then break it the next month without so much as an apology.
Engineering has been gutted and the company has lost its ability to innovate.
