      Pros

      - You get to make videos for a living! and for iconic magazine brands - Benefits are typical for large white-collar corporations (not as good as tech but better than many non-tech companies) - If you are good at pitching ideas, you can make cool stuff - As far as I know, they are good at keeping layoffs to a minimum

      Cons

      - Many in upper management have no idea what they are doing - Slightly understaffed across the board

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
